Job Description A320 Captain - Spring Airlines - Commuting Contract - Annual Package $214,600

* Annual Package: $214,600

* Monthly salary: $13,500(including the accommodations of $2,500)

* Annual service bonus:

- 1st year: $6,000

- 2nd year: $26,000

- 3rd year: $60,000

* Annual safety bonus: $12,000

* Annual travel allowance: $10,000

* Fuel saving bonus will be paid according to Spring Airlines' policy

* Block hours 80-85 hours/month, over 240 hours in 3 months will paid $150 as overtime pay

* Vacations: 6 weeks on 2 weeks off

* 8 days sick leave every year

Qualification requirement

* Hold a currently valid ATPL license without restrictions on A-320 issued by aviation authority of his/her home country;

* Hold A320 type rating certificate of captain and possess first rating instrument landing standard;

* Hold current first class medical certificate;

* Current flight within 12 months.

* Proficiency check within last 6 months, or suspend flight services no longer than 3 months.

* ICAO Grade IV English pass a plus;

Experience requirement

* Minimum 3 years airlines crew experience

* Total flight time 3,000 hours minimum

* Experience as captain on international routes a must

* Minimum 500 hours experience as Pilot in Command on A-320
