Job Description Safety and Security Manager

Safety & Security Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Salary from £30k-£45k TAX FREE

As a Safety & Security manager you will plan, direct and coordinate all of the different training activities that my client provide. In some instances, you may be involved in the delivery of training programs to assist users.

The safety & security manager job role will involve collecting and analyzing the daily security threat alerts, as well as the longer range trends for further use by our organization to determine the effects of the clients safety.  Your duties will include:
- how to condense reports to improve security reports to our operational destinations, and
- what new security reporting programs would assist the organization in maximizing its information dissemination.

Depending on the client flights & destinations, on a day-to-day basis you could be:
- developing and delivering training suggestions and alerts to the client’s passengers and crew,
- developing and organizing security briefings via electronic updates (iPad) other distribution methods, etc.,
- formulating security update schedules,
- evaluating the effectiveness of flight briefings to include safety and security information briefings that our client offer and how the clients can benefit, and
- daily Flight Operations Center briefings.

As a safety & security manager, you will need to be multifaceted. Your challenge will be to continually keep up to date on the latest security alerts, data collection methods & materials and timely dissemination techniques. In addition, since the clients are made up of employees of varying informational needs, you will need to develop multiple approaches to information distribution and details.
